On the basis of a profound network of mentors and coaches with real China business experience SinnoLabs will facilitate the way for a successful market entry in China for European SMEs.
The focus is on the SinnoLabs program, a boot camp training in preparation for China, for which enterprises may apply next to the fulfillment of certain conditions. SinnoLabs addresses its program exclusively to companies operating in the field of ICT, Life Science, Renewable Energy, Environmental Tech, Chemicals, New Materials, FinTech, Creative Industries and the Service Industry.
Within 12 months a structuring and scaling of the business model for the Chinese market will be made with the selected company. The program not only takes all business aspects into account, but also an ethnically-intercultural training for a sustainable relationship with future partners and customers in the Middle Kingdom.
Following an invitation by GTC eight German technology companies met for the first time on 22 and 23 September with a SinnoLabs delegation led by its Chairman, Philippe Snel, for a two-day workshop session in Berlin.
In the two workshops the entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to present their portfolio and their ambitions toward China. Next to the background information of their network, Philippe Snel and Sinnolabs Business and Alliance Director, Kurt Wang, also gave a direct short assessment of the opportunities and risks for each company.
"Our decades of experience are based primarily on having learned from our mistakes," Philippe Snel emphasizes. "A solid business consulting can only be successful if you know exactly what you should not do. China is complex, ambitious and fast-lane. Therefore, only by a selection procedure we can identify the companies and supervise those that come with a potential and determination to succeed BIG in China", Snel added.
"For our members, but also for interested companies outside of our organization, willing to evaluate their opportunities and intentions in the Chinese market, we have gained a well connected and competent partner with SinnoLabs," GTC-President Ulf Stremmel said. The workshops are just the start of a close cooperation of SinnoLabs and the German Technologies Center, which will be already implemented with concrete projects in the coming months.
